Wang 2016 reflects what BRM staff “believes,” but does not provide or identify data that demonstrate that what BRM “believes” can be achieved, or has actually been achieved.
Doesn't sound great.... I haven't had the chance to read the whole thing but that paragraph concerns me somewhat.
