Regarding Cameco, I won't be buying shares anytime soon. The resolution of the CRA tax dispute, as well as a similar dispute with the IRS, could put a serious dent in CCJ's market cap.

Is ablation milling, beneficiation, concentration, extraction, processing, or none of the above? Pugsley's argument that it's only mining probably won't fly with Colorado and the NRC, but I understand the desire to avoid source material licensing and its cost and time commitment. It's hard to see how WUC will avoid some type of SML requirement.
