any new government will be protecting the miners, because this is where much of the countries revenue comes from.
the Mali government also has a stake in rsg. The sell of is overdone. b2b was only down 6% in Canada last night.
However now i believe RSG is in play as a take over target or have its own coup d etat. The high share turnover today also means someone has had a chance to build a decent stake.
