I disagree, what economic benefit does Niger get from closing down mining?

Do they nationalise everything?

They don't have the skill to develop these projects and therefore require 1st world expertise and funding to generate wealth for their people.

It is in their best interests to get all these projects back online and then take a larger piece of the pie for their people and give less to the likes of France.
