I think the crucial bit is this:
TIVAN "... is now being put through pre-commercialisation testing in Western Australia."
Once this is positive we all - Burton included - can breath much easier and "dream" as igilug suggested.
It would be nice to get some idea how "TNG’s patent-pending TIVAN chemical production process" is progressing in actually getting the patent.
