Couple of concerns regarding Lusorecursos

Hi, I bought in a few days ago at .073

Just a couple of concerns: What is the reputation of Portuguese courts in regards to nationalist claims for legal favoritism? Legally Novo Litio is completely in the clear, but are the courts vulnerable to bias, threats of violence, or taking bribes from Lusorecursos?

Secondly, what methods of enforcement does Novo Litio have planned in case the rights are handed over? Lusorecursos has shown themselves more than willing to stoop to violence and theft, and were able to talk the national guard out of evicting them after all.

Once again, I bought in and am a bull, but I'm having a hard time digging up information on the reputation of the Portuguese legal and enforcement systems in regards to corporate mining disputes.
