Found a couple of errors in the announcement. Please have a look before phoning Jitto.

Page 2 - (second payment) US$ 24 million on 18 April 2011 (refundable if transaction does not proceed).

Page 6 - second last sentence
This sentence alone has 2 errors.

One obviously is a typo error - 18 April 2001 should have been 18 April 2011.

"This opinion is require by the board ahead of a non refundable progress payment due 18th April 2001"

The two sentences seem to contradict each other.

Is this payment refundable or not?

At what point does a refundable payment becomes non refundable?

If the report and opinion of the Ercosplan as to the quality of the mineralisation are unfavourable one would think that the deal would be off the table and no second payment to be made.

This refundable or non refundable business needs to be clarified.

The last person who edited this doco didnt do a very good job. Obviously we will blame ASX as they have something to do with the editing the doco before announcement.

I am not aware of any other errors.
