since SEN have pre announced the placement of shares to IKL @ 55c
the shares did not require shareholder approval to do so........why then are they not issued?
its most likely the placement forms part if not all of the purchase price of a
1...acquisition
2...or portion of acquisition.
3....or alliance (strategic investment)
This would not have the desired affect on the SP some are hoping for as its a share dilution in gaining some portion or all of this strategic investment.
I think claiming SEN will have $25m from a placement is a premature argument.
SEN might have NOTHING from this allocation of shares save for an alliance.
In short....SEN are paying $25m for something!
the "something" is the key point.
I hope its accretive to SEN's earnings and not an allaince based on future or potential revenues.
