this scenario would lend more weight to why the trading was subdued if not lower ahead of the news.
its a share dilution in exchange for "something" other then cash.
and dovetails what has already been announced by SEN.
SEN stated they are in negotiations in regards to an alliance
SEN then made it known almost unwittingly....in its AR and AGM notice the shares were to be issued in Oct/Nov
now the question is......who and what have they got for $25m??????
Its not much as SEN itself has a market cap of $200m.
