Couple of questions please, page-26

I would interpret that as product enhancement. The reader appears to make the process quicker and simpler to use, perhaps multiple reading? Don't really know as there was insufficient information. From where I stand it appears the existing 'customers' want enhancements to the system they are already using, which makes sense considering the previous announcements regarding customer trials. Perhaps more information broadcast to SH would be beneficial for SP and spec. Not enough info from management is a definite downside for co.
