Not likely to happen. Pity though, if the report ever gets released, there will be many issues which will be clarified as they will have been subject to audit.
Auditor would also likely have a bit to say about going concern as they most likely have to pay back to the ATO a sizeable sum of R&D rebate and then VV's legal fees both of which might take all of the cash. Without a capital raise, can't really progress anything and no point complying with listing rules until then.
New Chairman must have a sense of humor though, he said he was looking forward to working with the team. That would be the same team that got them into this mess with SK now as his adviser.
