Nothing more than traders on the momentum play without any understanding of the fundamentals of the business. DM is using this quarter as the highest period of sales and temporarily reducing cash costs (running down inventory) to make it appear better than it is. Easy to do over a qtr.
At some point they have to start replacing inventory and that will add significant cost to the bottom line, and will occur at a time when sales are materially less. Then there's the question of where the cash comes from to when they go back into loss making months as they are limited in drawing on the PFG and as the inventory reduces, so does the available credit (hence drawing on the investor loans).
This move has all the signals of a pump and dump.
