What are your thoughts on the election of Directors? To me, it looks like DM is (not for the first time) recruiting his own BOD who will serve the interests of the CEO rather than the interests of the shareholders. Shareholder were promised independent directors in April 2021, but now these "temporary" directors are being asked to be made permanent by shareholders.
Then we get to the Chairman. The man who has failed in his duties more than the CEO. The man who refuses to keep anyone accountable, especially himself.
The close personal (and self-interested) relationship between the Chairman and CEO is the link that can be broken by shareholders at the AGM. But then shareholder need to ensure DM doesn't get to pick the replacement.
