The resolution voting is very peculiar, why vote against the rem report, but then approve the incentive scheme and shares to RB and DM when they were the only two accountable for the rem report?

The votes against Nelson and Russell are interesting. The massive swing against their allocations has to be from institutional investors with almost 290 million more votes against them than for Gates. A top 20 would be very interesting to try and work out who has this much voting power (PFG, FIL?). Then the question is why vote this way? You're happy for them to be on the board, but not happy for them to be paid in shares? What will this mean for BUD? Will Nelson and Russell resign, or will BUD have to revert to that unusual practice of having to pay in actual real-world dollars, rather than monopoly money?

Then again, there is massive apathy from shareholders with less than 20% of the share base actually voting. RB's re-election comes from just 7.5% of the share base saying yes.
