you wonder what they are doing,well a good many stocks are being managed the same way ,i call it a capture spread,keeps traders out,and maintains a floor on the price when it runs they will let it,and accumulate.

this is how integrity will be rebuilt good luck,i just traded
wes 15k outlay for net of $32-50,same deal,held in a trading range no profit, and traders are closing out ,who knows what tomorrow brings.
