My understanding based on SGH experience is that there is a date applied to aggrieved shareholders to quality and that date could be later than tomorrow, so if sp goes too low and you sell and then it recovers before eventual truth surfaces two months later only to plunge , you may not qualify if the date is set two months later. My take is that even if the allegations are true and the emperor has no clothes, we wont see the lowest point until months later. So dont panic tomorrow morning, it wont turn out as bad after an initial rout.
