    interesting to see todays ann. re commencing court action. seems mcc think the final payment obligation is not triggered. wld be surprised to see this go all the way, likely settlement will be forthcoming. still, cant see more money in the coffers as a bad thing and good to see we not sitting on our hands on this one.
