The first para of the recent MCC railway announcement says that MCC needs to shift the Rio Tinto railway line to ensure the annual 150m tonnage project goes ahead.
Maybe MCC are playing hardball with CFE on the $80m outstanding and legal action may be the logical action fot CFE to take.
Speaking of legal actions, its being very quiet on the Chameleon/IPL matter.Unfortunately for us, the market has today reacted negatively but we shareholders are used to that
