You are such a blatant stooge for Dean Paatsch and Ownership Matters.

The fact that Deano is worried about ISS and has out his HC and twitter stooges into play is very very revealing. ISS isnt paid by the 'subject company'.

You know that, as you work for Deano. You know that ISS sells its reports to fund managers etc. Just like Ownership Matters would like to do, but they are so fifth rate, that all they can manage to scrounge is dirty attack reports for shortsellers, as a way to make a crust.

Crust being operative here, as pickings will soon be slim for Deano, and the boys and girls living in Ownership Matters fantasia.

The stink of impending corporate death is in the air for OM - the stench will soon become unbearable.

Once ISX serves a writ and asks for discovery of who commissioned the absolute BS hatchet job, OM is over. Paid for hire one time to many.

Then, ASIC will roll in over their AFSL. All sorts of fun there.

Then, Im sure a nicely pitched complaint to the bar will ensure he is only able to serve drinks, and no longer wear a wig and makeup when addressing the bench.

Then, as the coup de grace, Im sure all those friendly ISX shareholders, Israelis and eastern europeans that Dean has been working hard to befriend will also pay him a visit for decimating the share value of ISX by paid deception and bogus reporting. That visit will likely be as a group known as a class. Those classes are expensive to defend.

The legal costs alone will mean that our friendly neighbourhood social justice warrior will get to live like his socialist friends - back into a share house and scrapping as to who pays the monthly rent.

Yep, Dean's cross the line once too many this time, and its time to pay the piper (or Hades) - pick your preference.

Suggest you skulk back to your master Mr Bond. Dean needs all the hugs he can get.
