At a point in time where Namibia is aiming to position itself as one of the world's primary U producers I doubt they would let an upstart marble company throw their international credibility into jeopardy by overruling the Minister for Mines and Energy.
Also read the notice closely. Savannah appear to be having two shots at this. Declaring the BNM EPL null and void is only a drastic alternative to getting the U rights on their EPL 3045. Neither will happen.
