Firstly the court action seems spurious and very unlikely to succeed. Seems Savannah is just trying to cash in on BMNs success.
Most importantly though:
- area is outside current drilling program
- will not effect resource update
- The area Savannah Marble are challenging does not even contain an identified Uranium target.
Pre-open looks like no one is taking any notice either.
