Read the announcement its the courts telling MMX and CHM to try mediation.
Also still noone can confirm the rights issue is actually fully underwritten yet,just hearsay that any slack will be taken up by a sucker.
Also the idea that a court in this land could make any kind of decision is ludicrous.
Its all about facts and evidence.
As i said before let the court decide as we all know CHM will reject any offer made.
