turville - sorry that haven't the skills you have to view court documentation but I did read you welcome post of 01Aug regarding the mediation process and the September 8 date. However ecourt/esearch does not have a document to view for 01Aug hearing as it has had for the previous 4 court dates. No disrespect to you but I do like to see the documents rather than rely on 'hearsay'.
As for my reference to 'no progress' I was simply posting the view that during the period of the coming rights issue I expect little progress in the matter and very little information to leak through. Thus it is likely that the sp languishes below the 4c issue price and many holders may not take up their entitlement allowing the 'happy' underwriter to mop up a significant number of offer shares.
