Last Friday the judge indicated what form of orders will be made ? they will be published and announced by Wednesday. The Judge corrected one error on his part and found Mr Grimaldi further liable for an amount of 12Million Murchison options ? he is now liable to account for profits derived from the sale of 22Million shares. His Lawyer indicated to the court that he will appeal so it seems certain that the matter will now go to the court of appeal.
22M shares say at $4.50 is an awful lot of money!!!
Maybe the whole matter will end up in the Court of Appeal - who knows.
And that probably isn't all - just another load of time and money being consumed!!!
