My view is that CHM knows they have a case against Grimaldi, however what is the financial position of Grimaldi? Anyone know... Will CHM see any money?
As for the case against MMX, it is clear that the judge has made his decision. CHM have their heads buried in the sand, but is this intentional? Are they trying to get MMX to make them an offer to get the CHM monkey off it's back so CHM are relieved of their court costs?
My view is that CHM knows they have a case against Grimaldi,...
