CHM have essentially two gripes - one against a Mr Grimaldi for potentially up to $100M of his assets and secondly against MMX for a proportion of the Jack Hills iron ore asset.
This has been going on for a very long time and is now complicated by the fact that Grimaldi is appealing against CHM and CHM will likely appeal against MMX. Add to that an appeal by the litigation funder agsinst CHM + opposing ideas about who will pay whose court costs and you have an unholy mess.
Likely next "chat" in court will be early February and then maybe another delay or two.
Problem with Grimaldi for CHM will be firstly the appeal (time wasting) and secondly getting their hands on the money. MMX would appear to have the upper hand with the Jack Hills matter.
