The court decision is now long overdue in the Ulan Coal appeal over their land that covers 20% of the Moolarben Project.
With thermal coal prices at over US$160 per tonne at Newcastle Port and Moolarben being a low cost mine with a 30+ year life with eventual 12mtpa production.
Bidders could be waiting in the wings.
