    Hi Guys,
    I am new here and finding difficult to understand the Court approves convening of scheme meeting document. Can anyone explain what means that the Scheme Shares will be transferred to MSD. Is that mean that if a person has 10.000 shares in VLA, after transfer will have 10.000 shares in NYSE: MRK.
    If I understand it correct MSD is part of MRK, but please correct me if I am wrong.
