Given VAN are back in court with ZAG next month over the K2 dispute which now is obvious VAN should never have offered/signed they might want to consider an out of court settlement with ZAG for costs (>$300k Zag spent on K2, legal fees and time wasted when other pursuits could have been available), this is really messy and SH should hold directors accountable. The one shining light is maybe Billabong will now push VAN into mining K2, but if what Kori posted earlier that K2 was not profitable for VAN on a 50% basis that means it’s the end of the road. But if it’s not then wth has VAN been doofing around for?
