same thing happened to me when I posted a few months ago trying to think of a strategy to hedge against this case - post got moderated for some reason ?
I sold my VAN when I saw ZAG had MC on board as there’s enough liquidity and relationship there to back them in / de rosk the need to repay the directors loan for legal bills

my question/ concern with VAN is the same it was when I posted - I can’t understand how you can bet the entire company on the outcome of a case- makes me pretty certain they will settle

what are other VAN holders thoughts on contingency if they actually loose here ? interested as I would like to think about whether there might be a trade to be taken on bad news
