Leroy concur with you 100% as this court ruling now gives the Accountant Farmer many more options to move forward, one being a more equitable arrangement with Billabong. This has been tried on many occasions in the past however with Billabong insisting on 40% of the gold from all VAN tenements negotiations quickly went nowhere. However we live in hope that the ruling may now see both parties negotiate on just and fair terms.
