It's a reasonable theory @Crystaltrade, as I have researched exactly the same info last week.
But this theory gets to the fact that Valery is also the 'Production Manager' of the IOT Group, hence on IOT's books I imagine. So that alone just makes this all a guessing game right now, until facts come out this week.
Although there is also a Top 20 Shareholder of IOT in the name of 'V L Investments', this is only a 'Guess' this may be also Valery Lipkin (cannot find whom are Directors of this). So if it were Valery taking the Civil action, that would be detrimental to his Investment in IOT, so who knows!.
