I tried asking this before. There are two companies "OK IOT Group Pty Lrd" and "IOT Group Pty Ltd". From my understanding; anything prefixed "OK" is the wearables not the ROAMe device. The announcement only makes reference to the "OK IOT Group Pty Ltd" and clears states it is a "subsidiary" of IOT Group.
Would it be safe to conclude that any patent infringement in this case would be against the wearable devices; else they would be putting "IOT Group Pty Ltd" on trial? Surely the ROAMe assets, would be held under "IOT Group Pty Ltd", correct?
In their announcement they also mentioned no material affect.
Anyway, maybe you can assist in answering my question about where the IP is for ROAMe; so many posters here are focused on share price and not what was clearly written in the ann.
There was also no mention of them stopping manufacture. According to ann in early August, they will be getting manufacturing in "coming week" - two weeks has passed; surely some holders have explanation of news?!?!
