    Hmmm where do I start
    - No sign of a working product or service = no revenue stream
    - No official announcement regarding the production delay
    - Management involved in a legal dispute between themselves
    - Plenty of missed deadlines and broken promises
    - Shonky reputation of the management team
    - High cash rate burn

    The list goes on, just go through the threads

    Is that enough or you need more?
