No chance at all IMO - Mittleman is the only one who can stop it and he voted YES, so seems unlikely.
The only very slight glimmer of hope is that Mittleman bought Spheria's 16m shares this week (indicating he feels like he can knock them over).
That's a very long shot I'd think. We'd find out by this arvo in any case with Sub. Holder announcements.
