The judgement of 96 pages basically says that the behavior of the NSR controlled entities was all hunker-dory (or at least the pleadings of TBR/RND failed to demonstrate otherwise).
Justice Corthouys determined that “minerals” meant “ore”.
Implications - IMO, very few now that NSR has departed and the JV can resume with a more normal relationship.
