Okay we are now entering the CRITICAL ZONE involving the court case,in my opinion given that the Malaysia's Atomic Energy Licensing Board approved a two-year operating license for Lynas in early February, on condition it would submit a detailed plan for a permanent disposal facility for waste from the plant within 10 months, why would the Judge rule in favour of the protestors? I believe this court case issue and the perceived risk of investing in Lynas has just given the institutions another opportunity to short the stock , and an excellent opportunity for the educated investor to purchase the stock at a BARGAIN price (I bought more today at $1.065).
What do other LYC followers believe will be the outcome of this court case??
