In relation to the Bakun Dam court case.

This decision was, however, reversed by the Court of Appeal, which held that the High Court had misdirected itself in finding the applicable law to be the EQA instead of the Sarawak Ordinance. In reaching this decision, the Court of Appeal stated that the 1995 Amendment Order had made it "abundantly clear to all concerned that the 1987 Order was not, for constitutional reasons, meant to apply to Sarawak."

Hopefully judges in the high court have learnt from this case. I am sure the government agencies know exactly what they are doing. Especially MITI and DOE.
