Reality is that the main parties to the court case want a stake in SRX . It is not like they want an escape clause . They know that SRX is worth fighting for .
Analysis of potential markets have always been conservative with around 5% of the relative patient group being a target that would justify SRX a $ Billion market cap .
But lately the reality has changed .
Whilst the Liver is still the organ being treated the range of cancers that have spread to the Liver that can be treated successfully with the SRX treatment is growing, including Breast cancer and Colon/Bowel cancer . Importantly also it has been shown that when the treatment is combined with existing oral medication, Sirspheres are generating a dramatic survival rate in for patients that were doomed . The Big Pharma companies will see big add on sales and low marketing costs for them if they owned the SRX product .
Before any sales had been made a take over offer was made but SRX has managed to stand alone still .

This treatment is not pipe dream . It is NOW and sales are growing and the main legal parties know the shares are worth fighting for . UniWA already is a benefactor of a large lump of shares via a previous settlement .

I think it very possible that analyst patient target groups for SRX need to grow from 5% to closer to at least 10% . In big pharma hands of influence and resources they would target 25% plus patients considering the demonstrated success combined with their drugs or as a stand alone treatment .
