I cant find when the case will be heard but i found an article saying that Metals Australia has recieved word from their Namibian Lawyers that the injucture has no basis in Namibian Law.

Apparently the former Partner who has brought the court action to a head only began making noise AFTER they found their "highly prospective Mile 72 project"

Maybe just a matter of time.

P.s- Before anyone jumps down my throat, i am not advocating just rehashing something i found on the internet. (which makes it obviously true as nothing on the internet is false). Make your own minds up!
