I guess we don't have enough information on the policy to make a call on whether the directors are covered or not. If they are covered, you can bet the insurer will be supporting Centro in the battle. They may even push for an out-of-court settlement down the track.

Is there anyone in Melbourne that is available to go and sit in on the hearing?
