    Hi adel,

    Yes, I have a few thoughts...

    My theory is that the "other side" will apologise to the Court for a dreadful oversight, as they have now realised how much money they can make on the way UP, lol.

    What are the chances of the "other side" respectfully withdrawing proceedings???
