    Now let's not get personal.

    I may not be the sharpest, but I did manage to identify Alice vs CLS as the case to be cited here, and I also appear to be the only one acknowledging that the case is balancing on a motion to dismiss the patent claim entirely.

    But hey, isn't this all about throwing logic out the window and going with your emotions?
