I am unlikely to invest as I don't see any feasible path back to solid market cap, and a patent win will likely neither fill the bank account appreciably, nor solve the core issue of poor product adoption and sales.
Also no, it was not offensive to ask my reasons or intentions, I was just surprised by the approach given the usual uninformed, negative and personal nature of comments on these threads.
