Looking at the timeline of events, and considering the patent, what are your thoughts on our chances with the case?
Market not giving us much hope of getting anything out of the claim, but given we are funded for the claim, surely we have at least a small chance.
I don't like the way this company has been run and unfortunately my hopes are squarely on getting some sort of settlement out of the claim.
