So reading through that case. It looks like Identitii will need to prove 3 things:
1. Like you say, they need to prove this is not an abstract idea
2. The technology has to have something different and is inventive concept.
That's just to prove the patent is eligible to be a patent.
3. Finally, they need to prove JPMC used Identitii's technology.
It will be interesting to see how this plays out.
