Federal Prosecutor has got involved and has 72 hours (as of yesterday) to review the case.
I am unsure whether the federal prosecutor is a positive or negative for the case. They appear to be independent. Perhaps the magistrate got them involved to help decide.. I am still coming to a conclusion on this.
