OK - so we have two courts looking at this right now
STJ -> highest appeal court in brazil, second in command initially said go back to federal court. the STJ court doesn't look at facts, only law. Given petrobras acted within the laws (grey area) the STJ probably should have sentenced in our favour. Its been appealed, and it will go to multiple judges this time.
TRF5 -> From the court website we are in "Conclusos para decisão" this is when there has been some decision/determination made and the judge will announce some judgement.
I'm unsure if either of these will go our way, but given CITEPE overturn(in the TRF5).... we have a chance of this going our way. I don't see how the same court can allow CITEPE and not ours.
GL...I have a contact visiting the TRF5 court tomorrow - so will know more. regardless - should get something from either of these courts within the next few days.
