Since a couple of injunctions have been overruled and allowed to proceed the only way we won't win the case is if Bank of America Merrill Lynch f#$%ed up the process.
If they followed the simplified bidding process to the letter of the law then I'm pretty confident we will be OK.
However if they forgot to send out a notice that was required or advertised something for 13 days instead of 14 then it will come out in the court case and we could get rolled on a technicality.
