tahnks for the sleuthing PB, it's great to get some sense of what is going on - even if it turns out ultimately to be futile. Lets hope we get a speedy resolution, one way or the other! Ultimately I think even a negative result that allows KAR to move on ASAP would be better for the SP than a quagmire of innuendo and uncertainty where KAR is constrained from (in the much parodied words of a former PM) 'moving forward'.
